Experiencing, Enjoying, and Expressing Christ (1)
Message Two
Christ as the One with the Heavenly-ruled Deeds,
Our Shepherd, Our Rest, and the Sower
OPENING WORD OF THE PROPHESYING MEETING
Reading the verses in each day.
Reading the main points in the outlines.
Pray-reading the verses:
Matt. 11:28-30 Come to Me all who toil and are burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.
Matt. 13:3 And He spoke many things to them in parables, saying, Behold, the sower went out to sow.
Word of Appetizer
Why do we need to see the vision of Christ, the Sower?
We need to see the vision of Christ, the Sower, who sows Himself as the seed of life into people; this vision is precisely the heart of the Lord’s recovery, for it is this desire that is linked to the Lord’s heart; He longs to enter into us, His chosen people, in a blending way to be our life, in order to become our element and for us to become His expression. Ephesians 3:17 reveals that the Triune God has entered into us, to be our element, and to use some things from us as materials for the building work; Matthew 13, the parable of the sower, illustrates this.
Spiritual Burden
“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light”; learning from Him is not imitating Him outwardly but imprinting Him in our spirit by taking His yoke — the will of God — upon us; the will of God must become our yoke, and we must put our neck under this yoke, to become His reproduction.
The Lord sows Himself as the seed of life into the soil of people’s hearts so that He can grow and live in them and be expressed from them. If we want the Lord’s seed of life to grow in us to be our full enjoyment, we must be fully open to Him and cooperate with Him to deal thoroughly with our hearts.
Concluding Word of the Prophesying Meeting
The Revelation of the Truth
Christ is revealed as the One whose actions are governed by heaven — the fringes of His garment.
The Lord Jesus is our Shepherd, and we are His sheep.
The Lord Jesus is our rest.
The Sower is the marvelous Person of the Lord Jesus; the seed sown is also the embodiment of the Triune God, who is Himself.
The Experience of Life
The Lord Jesus is our Shepherd, and we are His sheep.
The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Practice and Application
We need to seek to dwell in the house of God forever; ask God, check with Him about everything in our daily lives.
If we want the Lord’s seed of life to grow in us to be our full enjoyment, we must be fully open to Him and cooperate with Him to deal thoroughly with our hearts. If we are strengthened to the inner man and pay attention to our spirit, exercising our spirit, we can be nourished; in this way, Christ can make His home in our heart.
PROPHESYING TOPICS—TWELVE TOPICS PER WEEK
Day 1

Day 3
T1 We walk through the valley of the shadow of death, His presence is comfort, salvation, and sustaining power to us (Ps. 23:3)
(Please illustrate that the third stage of Christ’s shepherding is going through the valley of the shadow of death and experiencing resurrection, which is the presence of the Spirit Christ.)
T2 The fourth stage of Christ’s shepherding is that He prepares a table for us in the presence of our enemies (Ps. 23:5)
(Please illustrate that on the one hand, we enjoy the Lord’s table; on the other hand, we should fight for victory.)
